A new network of alternative sites has appeared in many places. This global network is probably not centralized, but rather comprise non-commercial entities and users. Its strength comes from organizing marketing reform campaigns and democratizing information designed for greater gain to all. Whilst this new network faces various challenges, these kinds of since the lack of sustainable funding and technical resources, it continues in creating a lattice of local-local links and regional sites to prevent colonial electricity dynamics.
